How will I know what time to book?
Appointment times are available Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm and we’ll be in touch in less than (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.
Is it easy to book online?

Cleaning Supplies
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
We bring all of our own supplies. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors as an example), feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us. For deep clean, or moving in/moving out clean, we ask that you provide a mop, bucket and a hoover, we supply the rest.
Do you do green cleaning or have eco-friendly products?
We can provide ‘green cleaning’. Simply request it and we’ll ensure our cleaning team is aware of your needs.
Recurring Service
How do I sign up for recurring service?
Simply select your desired frequency of cleaning on our booking form and we will set everything up from there. We offer 3 hours weekly or 4 hours fortnightly.
Is a long-term contract required for service?
Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required. Simply cancel or reschedule 24-hours or more before the cleaning to avoid any fees.
Do I have to contact you every time for a cleaning?
After you set up your recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time selected. We’ll send a reminder email 3 days in advance on your cleaning so you will expect us.
COVID-19 Safety
How is 5-Star Cleaning handling COVID-19?
At 5-Star Cleaning, our top priority is the safety of our cleaners and customers. We recommend that you also review the HSE guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19. These include:
- Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs;
- Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose, and mouth;
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; and
- Social distancing.
We also ask that all customers proactively follow the HSE guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your bookings. Other recommendations for customers include:
- Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean your home thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the social distancing guidelines recommended by the HSE.
- Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home or your cleaner.
