We will come to your home on the same day and time and you will have the same cleaner. We offer two options…either once weekly (3hours) or fortnightly (4hours). Now you can relax! Process for Regular Cleaning
We meet with every new customer in their property. In partnership with you, we draw up a schedule of cleaning that you are happy with and that the cleaner will understand. This meeting is free of charge.
Before starting a regular cleaning service, we advise our customers to consider a ‘Spring Clean’ of the property before the regular cleaner is in place. This will provide the benefit of raising your property up to a standard of cleanliness that your cleaning lady can then easily maintain.
We will set up a meeting with you and your cleaning lady within 3/5 working days, to arrange a date and time for you to meet and discuss your requirements with your cleaner.
At this meeting you will get the opportunity to discuss your requirements using the 5 Star Cleaning Checklist. This allows you to outline any areas, of your property, which may need special attention.

Process for Regular Cleaning
At this meeting you agree with your cleaner the days and times which suit you best for your regular clean.
The 5 Star Cleaning Services office will then contact you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cleaner.
We allow one month trial period during this time you will have the opportunity to assess your cleaner’s ability to clean. Once you are completely satisfied with your cleaner, we then request that you sign a copy of the Service Agreement.
