Each cleaning team follows a cleaning checklist, which leaves little room for error as everything that needs to be done is itemized in advance. The checklist is sent to the cleaning supervisor on the day of the clean. Their job is to ensure you are 100% happy. If there are any touch-ups needed, the cleaning team will stay and complete them until you are fully satisfied.
